Arthur Baths is a referral service. When you ask for information about a bathroom remodeling project, we collect the details you give us and share them with local bathroom remodelers so they can contact you about your project.

What we collect

When you submit the request form, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your full address
• Whether you are looking to schedule an appointment
• The type of project you are planning and anything you write in the project description

We also receive standard technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

• To share your project request with local bathroom remodelers serving your area so they can contact you by phone, text, or email about your project.
• To operate, maintain, and improve this site.
• To respond if you contact us.

Who we share it with

We share the details you submit with independent local bathroom remodelers so they can respond to your request. We do not sell your information to anyone else, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing.

We use an address lookup service (Geoapify) to suggest addresses as you type in the form. The partial address text you type is sent to them to provide those suggestions.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of Arthur Baths, homeowners, or remodelers.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as needed to connect you with remodelers and to run our service, and we delete it when it is no longer needed for those purposes or when you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing hello@arthurbaths.com. If a remodeler contacts you and you do not want to hear from them, tell them directly.

Children

This site is for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
